A few good questions
Collectors Guild Australia is an Australian online store for sealed English Pokémon cards. Our official website is collectorsguild.com.au, and our Instagram is @collectorsguildau. Read about the store.
How can I spot a possible fake?
Compare the packaging with the same product on the official Pokémon website. A price far below the usual retail price is a warning sign. Photos alone cannot prove authenticity, and fake packs can be hard to distinguish. If you’re unsure, ask a specialist card shop to examine the item before buying. Read Pokémon’s counterfeit advice.
What should I check in the photographs?
Look for the front, back, seals and corners. Check whether the photos show the exact item for sale or a representative product; only exact-item photos can show that particular box’s visible condition. Read the photography guide.
How do I compare boxes before buying?
Match the set and language first, then compare the listed pack count and accessories. A Booster Bundle and an Elite Trainer Box serve different needs: check the contents rather than judging by box size or similar artwork. Explore the buying guides.
What will delivery cost?
Australian standard delivery is A$9.99 for orders under A$350 after discounts, and free for orders of A$350 or more after discounts.
Read the delivery policy. Check the available shipping options and order total at checkout before paying.
